We recommend that you print out these directions:
BRCCC is located in downtown Baton Rouge on the 3rd floor of the Education Building (building closest to the interstate, without a steeple) at First Presbyterian Church. First Presbyterian Church is a red brick building complex that takes up a whole city block bordered by Convention Street and North Boulevard & 7th and 8th Streets (8th Street is closer to the Interstate, 7th Street is closer to the Mississippi River). The church is right behind the downtown post office which fronts on Florida Boulevard and backs up to Convention Street.
DRIVING FROM THE SOUTH: Take the Interstate (I -110) to the Convention Street exit. At the exit go straight onto Convention Street for two blocks towards the Mississippi River. The church complex is on your left.
DRIVING FROM THE NORTH: Take the Interstate (I -110) to the Laurel Street exit (Exit 1H) on the left. Stay STRAIGHT to go onto Laurel Street. Turn left onto North 9th Street. Drive a couple of blocks along North 9th Street, which runs right along side the Interstate, until you come to Convention Street. Turn right onto Convention, go 2 blocks towards the Mississippi River. The church complex is on your left.
PARKING: Park in the big parking lot on Convention Street or parallel park on 8th street.
DOORS: There are 2 ways by which to enter the building:
- Convention Street (the Chapel Door)
- 8th Street door
