There is an additional $20 fee or more for the very first evaluation session unless you are using insurance.
Taking New Clients? If nothing is available, you can request to be added to a wait list.
Taking Insurance? If “No”, you may ask for a receipt to submit for reimbursement directly to you for “out of network benefits”.
INSURANCE: If you plan on using your insurance, YOU are responsible for making sure the counselor you pick is on your plan AND for obtaining all the necessary insurance information for the office at the time of your first visit, including co-payment amount and deductible information.
