Cost Per Session
The Initial Evaluation fee ranges from $120.00 to $200.00 per 50 minute session. The length of time and the fee depends on which counselor you choose.
Individual, Couple or Family counseling ranges from $85.00 to $180.00 per 50 minute session. The length of time and the fee depends on which counselor you choose.
The BRCCC policy stipulates payment due prior to the start of your session. You may pay for your session with cash, check, or credit card. Please check the individual counselors’ bio page for more info on payment options.
There are limited opportunities for counseling at a reduced fee using a sliding scale based on gross family income. Ask the receptionist about this when you make your appointment.
Your insurance company may cover your sessions with the counselor.
We do not call your insurance to find out if they will cover your session with the counselor. You will need to call them and verify your coverage BEFORE your session.
