Life can become overwhelming and sometimes we need to stop and take an inventory on our lives to reorganize and recharge.  I am passionate about helping people achieve their fullest potential and life satisfaction.

I graduated with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2009.  I am a licensed Professional Counselor.  I married my high school sweetheart in 2010, we have two wonderful kiddos and a dog. We love spending time together, especially outside.  I also enjoy serving in the Children’s Ministry at our church.
